Ana means Grace

Hello Beloved Grace Bloggers!!!

Let me briefly introduce myself to everyone. I am a recent graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Geography. I seek to obtain my master’s in urban planning. I want to advocate for the low-income residents of my second home, and continue to sponsor and support Shriners Hospital for Children. I love architecture, sports, basketball, food, sketching, and singing.

Now, I have to give a wonderful shout out to the amazing Ging Alviar Viray!!! For providing me with this lovely opportunity to share my story and message through her personal blog. I am also a believer in Christ Jesus and He is my rock. I want to begin my first blog on the topic of Grace.

What is Grace? Grace, it is a profound meaning of what Love really looks like, and Jesus demonstrated that love and grace on the cross. All humans fall short of the glory of God and therefore we are not worthy of His mercy or love towards us, but in His infinity Grace towards us- Jesus has given us much needed Grace- He has redeemed us from our iniquity.

It was only a few years back, that for the very first time in my life I discovered through a bible study that my name: Ana means Grace. It is found in the Hebrew language and it has the same meaning of Grace. I am more than humbled to know my name has such a beautiful meaning, but it also makes me realize that everything in my life has come as a result of displaying that Grace from God. The Lord gives us all Grace, if we are willing to accept it and rejoice in it; however, to me that terminology now holds an even more meaningful and special connotation.

Let’s all find favor in God’s Grace towards us, and let’s continue to seek Him more intently day by day and trial by trial. For it is with endurance that we shall finish this race of life into eternal salvation. May the Lord Bless you all who come upon this blog and may you gain new strength in knowing you have Grace from God.

“For it is by Grace you have been saved, through faith- and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God” Ephesians 2:8 NIV
